📦 Return & Exchange Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of product delivery, provided that:
The item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
A return request has been submitted and approved by our customer support team
2. Return Shipping Fees
If the return is due to our error
(e.g., wrong item sent, damaged/defective product),
➤ We will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to the customer’s personal reason
(e.g., no longer want the item, ordered by mistake, subjective dislike),
➤ The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by merchant error.
🛑 Order Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Window
We accept order cancellation requests within 24 hours after the order is placed, as long as the order has not been shipped.
2. Important Notes
If the order has entered “Processing” or “Shipped” status, it can no longer be canceled.
If the customer initiates a cancellation request before the merchant processes the order and within the allowed cancellation window, the order will be eligible for cancellation.
💰 Refunds
Once a cancellation or return request is approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing time: 3–5 business days
For returned items, the refund will be issued after the package is received and inspected
